<![CDATA[Employee Performance Tax Office (LTO) Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan In Serving Taxpayers. This study aims to determine the performance and the factors that affect employee performance Tax Office (LTO) Primary Handsome Pekanbaru in serving taxpayers. This study uses a quantitative research study deskriptif. The way to collect the data the authors used a questionnaire and observation as a data collection tool research. After collecting data from survey respondents are employees of the Tax Office Primary Pekanbaru and taxpayer maintains in Pekanbaru tax service office on performance variables consisting of 6 indicators of Work Quality, Quantity of Work, Timeliness, Effectiveness Resources, Independence and motivation , it can be seen that the performance of which is owned by an employee in the office of serving taxpayers in both categories, as for some of the factors that influence employee performance is the human resources of the organization and work organization with the system. This tradition begins from malay society wish to give lighting at month of Ramadhan. This tradition implement have clung heart by is society. While is month of Ramadhan they prepare things lampu colok. While arrive Ramadhan society prepare this lampu colok, this tradition done a year once. While comes Ramadhan society assembles lampu colok was looked around by house them. Precending society so viscous with mythâs those are trusted that on month of Ramadhan spiritâs will go home to house lampu colok as lighting the way that spirit. To analise research data is done with qualitative method and interpretation subject take purposive sampling. Subject consisting of society figure, religion figure, LAMâS chairman, chairman and member lampu colok and lubuk muda society. gathered and then explained by descriptive with is result of narasi is logical and analise use theory tindakan sosial and AGILâS theory. This research is Lubuk Muda village Siak Kecil district Bengkalis regency. Research at field indicate that there are two phases in realization lampu colok. Begining of look for tool and equipment until found gate and make design and tall in lampu colok. This research also after presene value in tradition lampu colok amongst those: solidarity value, morality value, art and economy value. <![CDATA[The implementation of the CSR ( Coporate Social Responsibility ) at PT . Pertamina (Persero) Lirik Indragiri Hulu. This study aims to investigate the implementation of CSR ( Corporate Social Responsibility) and factors inhibiting the implementation of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) at PT . Pertamina EP Asset I Lirik Indragiri Hulu . This study used a qualitative research study descriptive data . subsequent to collect data using  interviews and observation authors as a means of collecting research data. After collecting data from informants research is Head of CSR PT . Pertamina, Head Lirik and Lirik  Area and Village Heads it is known that it can be seen that the implementation ofCorporate Social Responsibility conducted by PT Pertamina has been implemented in accordance with the provisions and social responsibility. But there are still shortcomings in the implementation of activities such as activities that are not effective and do not fit as well as the number of activities a bit. The flow of goods can not be blocked even by doing a free trade agreement.Trade liberalization is intended for all countries in the world, has long been discussed bythe experts of the economy and also the leaders of the countries in the world. Attempts tobring this AFTA born of thinking about how to improve relationships (and also cooperation),especially in the economic field, which is closely among ASEAN membercountries. Entry AFTA will certainly impact the economic actors in each member state.The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of ASEAN Free Trade Area(AFTA) on the growth of Indonesias CPO exports Period 2003-2012. The results showedthat regional cooperation in the form of regional organization is still an option This isdue to the inability of developing countries to deal with the complex development ofinternational relations and the notion that regionalism can increase the level of theeconomy. The granting of compensation to the employee properly applied will reduce a sense of employee concerns against economic problems and daily needs, because they would have to comply with the compensation received by the company where he worked.Existing problems in this research Granting compensation do PT Kebun Pantai Raja Teluk Kuantangives rise to the existence of spirit and the excitement continued as an indication of the work of its employees. This makes PT Kebun Pantai Raja Teluk Kuantan continue to strive so that the compensation awarded can improve the morale and productivity of their employees. This research aims to: to know the granting of employee compensation part of the production on the Gulf Coast Gardens PT Kebun Pantai Raja Teluk Kuantan. employee morale to know the production at the Bay Gardens Beach PT Kebun Pantai Raja Teluk KuantanUntuk know how the compensation of employee morale the production at the Bay Gardens Beach PT Kebun Pantai Raja Teluk KuantanThe above results indicate that compensation given to the company as a whole is good whereas if viewed from each sub variables i.e. direct compensation was rated good. A compensation policy that is applied by the company is received by the employee. Whereas indirect compensation is already good, indirect compensation approved by employees. The incentive is good enough. Thus the incentives that are applied by the company PT Kebun Pantai Raja Teluk KuantanGardens approved quite well by employees, but there needs to be an increase in employee morale may again get better again, and for the morale of work productivity, showed less well.Thus the overall employee productivity less approved by the employees, which means that there needs to be improvement to improve employee morale was judged less good attendance rates, there are things â things that make employees less disciplined against regulatory acts of the company. <![CDATA[This research titled âperformance of provincial electoral commission Riau in managing information on the implementation of election of the governor and deputy governor of Riau in the first round of 2013â. Purpose of this study is to know how the performance of provincial electoral commission Riau in managing information on the conduct of elections for governor and deputy governor of Riau. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. Data collected by observation and interview. Of the results of this research is that performance of provincial electoral commission Riau in managing information on the conduct of elections for governor and deputy governor of Riau in the first round of 2013 can be seen through several stages of, management information on the stages of the selection list remains, management information on the stages of registration, verification and determination of the candidate pairs, management of information on the phase of socialization,management of information on the phase of the campaign, management information on the voting stage, management information on the stages of counting and management information on the stages of the determination of the selected pair. of one of these stages still have shortage but what has been done by local election commissions Riau was based on procedures.It is concluded that the performance of local election commissions in Riau in managing information on the conduct of elections for governor and deputy governor of Riau in the first round of 2013 good enough.Key world : Performance, Local Election Commission, Information Management]]>

But in reality theeffectiveness of the implementation and management is still not maximized. The existance of humanresources is inadequate, the construction of facilities and infrastructure are still yet to be realized, thegovernment needs to increase coordination between the government of village and the civil community. Theproblem in this research is how the effectiveness Rambah Jaya village government in achieving its goal inutilizing the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) and the factors that influence the effectiveness of.This study aims to determine the effectiveness of utilization of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) Inthe village of Bangun Rambah Jaya District of Rokan Hulu and to find out the Village Fund AllocationUtilization Effectiveness (ADD) In the village of Bangun Rambah Jaya District of Rokan Hulu. The conceptof the theory that researchers use is organizational effectiveness by using Gibsons theory by looking at thegoals to be achieved Clarity, Clarity goal attainment strategy, process analysis and formulation of policysteady, careful planning, preparation of appropriate programs, availability of infrastructure andsurveillance systems and control didactic.The method used is qualitative research with descriptive data assessment. In collecting the data, theresearcher used interview techniques, observation and documentation specified by snowball samplingtechnique. <![CDATA[This research aims to describe evaluation of implementiation The OperasiPangan Riau Makmur (OPRM) at Siak Regency from 2009 until 2013 especiallyon Bunga Raya Subdistrict hibiscus which is the granary in Siak. This programwas implemented by The government of Riau Province as mean to build foodsecurity as a legitimacy between the governor of Riau and the regent of SiakNumber: kptsn.580/VI/2012. The success of a program was evaluated be bassedon theory by William N. Dunn that is; effectiveness, efficiency, adikuacy, evendistribution, respon and accuracy program. The function of this program is asinforman substance about process of interaction as a crucial factor in the periodof implementation of the program so as to provide advice to the government,especially the implementation team to make this program success and to know theshortcomings and obstacles that occur.Methods used in this study is (kyu)alitative methods of data that can not berealized in the form of numbers, but in the form of an explanation that describesthe shape of the state, process, certain events. Data collection techni(kyu)uesusing interview techni(kyu)ues and documentation.From the research, The Operasi Pangan Riau Makmur (OPRM) at SiakRegency from 2009 until 2013 especially on Bunga Raya Subdistrict can becategorized not succeded. It seen from the failure to achieve self sufficiency inrice in Siak with many middlement out of town who come to buy particular fieldcrop farmers. Constrained case. <![CDATA[Pekanbaru local regulation number 8 in 2012 about Interference Permit Retribution is one of policy made by government of pekanbaru city to organize and regulate the entrepreneurs where their business include into interference business in pekanbaru city. This regulation was made to follow where this regulation aim to the entrepreneurs in running their business accordance with condition and regulation in force and with regulation the existence of these regulation salon owner are required to have permit and pay permit retribution on bisiness they have.The aim of tis research to anaylize local regulation are already running well or not, as well as to find out the factors that influence the implementation of this regulation. This research was conducted in tampan sub of pekanbaru city, by using descriptive quatitative methods with data collection technique through observation and interviews. This research was conducted with the use of surveillance according to subrantas theory.The result of this research show that the implementation of these regulation has not been effective. The goal of existence of this regulation not yet achieve such as creating ublic order and to increase local income areal regional income area (PAD). This policy has been in force for 2 years but have yet to get the desied result. The lack of efficiency of this regulation due to alack of coordination between technical implementing pollius team and government who not strictiy in carrying out these regulation, as well as the in responsifity of the objective target of this policy very low or do not care obout implementation of this pomey.Keyword : curbing, salon business, permit]]>
